1. How to make the order?

Choose the items, send email to us, info@yuetonride.com, we offer you the price,if you think the price Ok, we will make the invoice for you.

2. Payment terms? Can we choose L.C?

30% Prepaid in advance,and the rest need be paid before shipping. Gernerally speaking, we onlyaccept bank transfer, western union, but if your government only have L.C payment way, we also can accept, but the order amount at least up to 20000USD,and the buyer need to pay the bank fees.

3. Shipping way? Shippingcost? Can we use our own shipping agent?

We can ship the goods toany countries by sea, by air, by express(DHL, UPS,TNT,FEDEX,etc), by truck, bytrain. for the shipping cost, it depend on the weight or volume. Yeah, you can use your own shipping agent, if don’t have, we also canhelp you ship the goods to your country.

4. Does your bank accountis company account?

Yeah, we are professional international company, our bank account is YUETON INDUSTRY LIMITED. please kindly note that.

5. What is your MOQ of theprouducts?

Most of our products’ MOQis 1pc/set. but for inflatables,we suggest you choose some items at onetime, for amusement rides, we suggest you choose one 20ft container atleast, then you will save some shipping cost.
